The Problem

"Get it fixed and call me back" is where accounts go to die.

You know the moment. The carrier flags the roof, the four-point fails, or a nonrenewal notice lands — and all you can do is hand the problem to the homeowner and hope. No visibility, no timeline, and a deadline running the whole time.

Today

You tell the client to find a roofer. They get three voicemails and one quote for a full replacement they may not need. The deadline passes. The policy lapses. You find out last.

With us

You send us the property with the carrier and the deadline. We triage it the same day, do the least expensive work that clears the condition, hand you carrier-ready documentation — and tell you where things stand at every step.

Who You're Sending Them To

A contractor you can put your name behind.

Your referral carries your reputation. Here's exactly who takes the handoff — and what lands back on your desk when it's done.

What We Resolve

One call, whatever underwriting flagged.

We handle the roof ourselves and coordinate licensed electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades for everything else — as the single party accountable for getting the condition cleared and re-documented.

The nonrenewal letter just landed

Roof age or condition flagged

If the roof has 5+ years of useful life, Florida law says an age-based nonrenewal can't stand — and we're authorized to certify it. If it needs work instead, we do the least expensive repair that clears the condition. Replacement is the last resort, not the sales pitch.

The 4-point came back ugly

Failed four-point inspection

Panel brands, aluminum wiring, polybutylene, water heaters, HVAC. We coordinate the licensed trades, manage the work, and deliver the re-inspection — one accountable party instead of four phone numbers your client has to chase.

The sale can't close

New purchase, failing roof

A new purchase with a bad roof means a signed contract and full replacement within 30 days of the effective date. That's a clock only a roofer can beat. Tell us the closing date — we schedule backward from it.

Also in scope: wind mitigation inspections on the current OIR-B1-1802 (Rev. 04/26), including credit capture after any re-roof · Citizens paperwork done the way Citizens accepts it (RCF-1, permit-based proof of replacement) · 20-day cancellation and 60-day discovery-window responses.

How It Works

Send it, forget the chasing, stay informed.

Send us the property

Two-minute form below, or call or text. All we need: the address, the carrier, what happened, and the deadline. Your CSR can send it in the middle of a client call.

Takes less time than explaining it to a voicemail.

Expedited triage — free

We tell you what the condition actually requires: a certification, a repair, a replacement, or trades work. You and your client know the real picture before anyone spends a dollar.

Honest answer first. Work order second — only if it's needed.

We resolve it and keep you posted

Inspection, remediation, re-inspection, carrier-ready paperwork — with a named contact and a status update to your office at every stage until the condition clears and the policy binds.

You'll never find out at the deadline again.

"We'll keep you posted" — shown, not promised.

Every property gets a thread like this one. Your office sees each step the moment it happens — no calling for status, no wondering what's taking so long, and a written record for the client file.

Text, email, or both — your office picks.

How We're Paid

We're not selling inspections. We're a contractor.

Restore Roofing is a licensed Florida roofing and property-services company. When a property needs real work, homeowners hire us to do it — that's our business, and it's the only place we make money.

The triage, the guidance, and keeping your office updated cost you and your clients nothing, because they're how we earn the chance to do the work when there is work. When a certification is all a property needs, that's the answer you'll get — and your client keeps their policy without buying a roof.

And to be plain about it: we don't pay referral fees and we don't accept them — Florida law prohibits both, in both directions. Our service is offered to every homeowner on the same terms, whoever sends them. What we offer your agency is competence, speed, and communication. That's the whole arrangement.

Our promise to your office

  • A named contact — a person, not a queue
  • Same-day triage on every submission
  • Repair-first — the least expensive fix that clears the condition
  • Carrier-formatted documentation — no rework on your desk
  • Status updates at every step until it binds
  • Deadline-driven scheduling — the carrier's calendar, not ours

Straight Answers

What agents ask us first.

Will a carrier actually accept a certification from a roofing company?

Florida Statute 627.7011(5)(a) names licensed contractors — including roofing contractors — as authorized inspectors for roof-age certifications, and Citizens' own roof inspection form lists roofing contractors as approved signers. Our reports are issued under our contractor licensure and formatted to the carrier's requirements. If a carrier ever wants independent verification, the statute puts that re-inspection at the insurer's expense, not your client's.

What's free, and what isn't?

Everything agent-facing is free and stays free: triage, scheduling, coordination, carrier paperwork, and status updates to your office. When a property needs actual work — a repair, a replacement, a trades fix — your client gets a written quote and decides before anything happens. No inspection fees folded into the job, no surprise invoices, and nothing ever billed to your agency. We're a contractor: the approved work is how we get paid, and being the company that told the truth at triage is how we earn it.

Do you push replacements?

No — repair-first is the operating rule, in writing. The job is the least expensive intervention that clears the underwriting condition. A client who kept their policy for the cost of a repair, and an agent who watched us pass on the bigger ticket, are worth more to us than any single roof.

Can you pay us for referrals?

No, and neither can anyone else — Florida law prohibits referral compensation between contractors and insurance agents in both directions (§626.621, §627.711, §489.147). Any vendor offering it is putting your license at risk. What we offer instead is the thing referrals actually run on: your clients taken care of, on deadline, with you kept informed.

What area do you cover?

We're based in Central Florida and cover the surrounding counties. If a property is outside our range, we'll say so at triage and point you toward the fastest path anyway — no runaround.

No Live File Today?

Take the cheat sheet.

One page for your whole office: the roof-age rules that stop a nonrenewal, what Citizens actually requires, and every deadline that matters. The reference your CSRs will pin to the wall.

We'll also let you know when our free CE course for Florida agents opens. Nothing else — no drip campaigns, ever.
